CLIP TAGGING

During the review and annotation stage the user should have created several tags with annotations describing the importance of a particular passage.

During trial preparation clipping tags (start and end) are added to mark the desired testimony.  Clipping tags are often positioned more precisely than standard tags as they define the EXACT start and stop of the video passage to be extracted.  Clipping tags are shown on the timeline as a RED triangle pointing RIGHT at the start and a RED triangle pointing LEFT at the end.  This is in contract to standards TAGS that are triangles always pointing UP.

PASSAGES

Each clipping tag pair (stop/stop) creates a passage.  An index of such passages is automatically created with an option for the user to add a description.  These passages are then easy to select and then download at the desired video quality for presentation at trial.

The same passages created above can also be automatically loaded into a FLIPCLIP™ for easy use on a mobile device during mediation or office collaboration.
